What You'll Do

• Screen, evaluate, and treat patients with communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans following all regulatory standards.
• Use standardized assessments and evidence-based practices to support interventions.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly.
• Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, and caregivers.
• Document all clinical activities accurately in electronic health records.
• Participate in team meetings, training, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Support and supervise CFY or student speech-language pathologists.
• Adhere to ASHA and state practice acts, ethics, and guidelines.

What You Need

• Valid state license and ASHA certification.
• At least 1 year of clinical experience preferred.
• Strong communication and patient-centered skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
