Pay & Benefits

What You'll Do

• Perform comprehensive eye exams to assess visual acuity and diagnose eye conditions
• Provide prescriptions for eyewear, contact lenses, and therapeutic treatments
• Manage ocular diseases and prescribe medications as needed
• Educate patients on eye health and vision options
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality patient care
• Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and treatments
• Support pre/post-operative care and assist in fitting contact lenses and eyewear

What You Need

• Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree
• Active Alabama State Optometry License (candidates in process are encouraged to apply)
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to providing excellent patient service
