About the Role:
As a Registered Nurse with Vivo Healthcare Wauchula, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients, providing high-quality care and support to those in need. Your responsibilities will include:
• Delivering exceptional patient care , developing and implementing personalized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams , including physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
• Monitoring and assessing patient conditions , reporting any changes or concerns to the healthcare team
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records , ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies
• Participating in quality improvement initiatives , contributing to the continuous improvement of our services and patient outcomes

Requirements:
Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Florida
Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in a long-term care setting
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions
