Klutch Recruiting is looking for a driven, competitive Full Desk Recruiter to join our growing team in Tempe.

\n

\n

This is not a traditional recruiting position where you are handed open jobs and spend your entire day searching for candidates. A Full Desk Recruiter owns both sides of the recruiting business: developing client relationships and finding great people to fill their positions.

\n

If you enjoy sales, building relationships, talking to people, competing, and creating something of your own, this could be a great fit.

\n

What You'll Do

\n

You will learn how to run a recruiting desk from beginning to end, including:

\n

• Prospecting and developing new client relationships

\n

• Cold calling and conducting outbound business development

\n

• Identifying companies with current and future hiring needs

\n

• Building relationships with hiring managers and business owners

\n

• Bringing new job opportunities into Klutch

\n

• Sourcing and recruiting candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, outbound calling, and other channels

\n

• Interviewing and qualifying candidates

\n

• Presenting candidates to clients

\n

• Managing candidates and clients throughout the interview process

\n

• Negotiating offers and helping close placements

\n

• Building and maintaining your pipeline in our CRM

\n

• Following up consistently with prospects, clients, and candidates

\n

\n

As your desk grows, you'll be responsible for managing the relationships and opportunities you've helped create.

\n

Your First 90 Days

\n

Your initial focus will lean heavily toward new business development — approximately 60–70% of your time.

\n

We'll teach you our recruiting process, but we want you developing the habits required to build a successful desk from day one: prospecting, calling, following up, creating opportunities, and building relationships.

\n

You'll receive training and support around:

\n

Sales & Business Development

\n

Prospecting strategy, outbound calling, talk tracks, objection handling, meetings, and converting prospects into clients.

\n

Recruiting

\n

Candidate sourcing, interviewing, qualification, candidate management, and presenting talent effectively.

\n

Technology

\n

You'll work with tools including HubSpot, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Orum, ZoomInfo, Noon.ai, and AI-powered training technology.

\n

Experience in recruiting, staffing, B2B sales, inside sales, business development, or another high-activity sales environment is helpful, but not required.
