Seasonal Selling Associate

Summary The Seasonal Selling Associate supports the selling team and enhances the client experience during the holiday season. This in-store role welcomes clients, assists with transactions and service requests, and works across store areas based on business needs. Responsibilities Welcome clients and connect them with the appropriate associate based on their needs. Process point-of-sale transactions and help resolve escalated customer issues by connecting clients with management. Follow up on customer requests and support BOPIS, curbside pickup, alterations, and fitting room experiences. Introduce clients to store services and assist in different areas of the store as needed. Requirements At least one year of experience in a customer-centric role, with demonstrated ability to sell products and services. Familiarity with retail and mobile technologies. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays based on business needs. #J-18808-Ljbffr Brobston Group
