Location: Vancouver, Washington Schedule: PRN or Part-Time | 15-20 hours/week $36-$44/hour + Supportive In-House Therapy Team

What You'll Do
As a COTA, you'll partner closely with licensed Occupational Therapists to help residents regain independence and improve their quality of life through purposeful, meaningful activity-based therapy.
- Deliver therapy services following individualized treatment plans
- Support residents in performing daily living and rehabilitative activities
- Observe and document patient progress and communicate updates to the care team
- Educate residents and families on adaptive techniques and home programs
- Foster a supportive and collaborative therapy environment
What You Bring
- Active Washington COTA License (we support and reimburse licensing costs)
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- Valid CPR certification
- SNF, post-acute, or long-term care experience preferredbut not required
- Strong clinical knowledge of therapy techniques and patient care
- A compassionate, team-oriented approach

Qualifications
Education:
Graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapist Assistant program.
Licenses/Certification
Current COTA license required.
Current CPR certification required.
Experience
Six months experience in a long-term care environment preferred.
