Physical Therapist - Pediatrics

Role Overview We are seeking an experienced full-time Physical Therapist for outpatient pediatric care, with a focus on pelvic floor rehabilitation or a strong interest in developing expertise in this area. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement individualized treatment plans considering discharge needs and equipment. Educate and collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare providers, making appropriate referrals. Delegate tasks to assistants, techs, and students based on their skill levels, ensuring quality care. Complete accurate documentation per departmental policies. Conduct assessments, reassessments, and consultations for Physical Therapy services. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy (PT); Master’s preferred. Valid Physical Therapist License. No prior experience required; strong interest or experience in pelvic floor rehabilitation is ideal. Ability to educate, collaborate, and delegate effectively.
