The Clerical Associate will play a vital role in supporting our administrative and operational functions. This position involves a variety of clerical tasks that require strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting. The ideal candidate will be proactive, resourceful, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Perform general clerical duties, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.

- Assist in managing schedules, appointments, and meetings for team members.

- Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documents as needed.

- Maintain and organize electronic files and databases to ensure easy access to information.

- Support project coordination by tracking deadlines, deliverables, and progress updates.

- Respond to inquiries from clients and team members in a timely and professional manner.

- Assist with billing, invoicing, and other financial documentation as required.

- Collaborate with team members to improve administrative processes and workflows.

- Other administrative tasks as assigned by management.

**Qualifications:**

- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.

- Proven experience in a clerical or administrative support role.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with office software and databases.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.

- Experience with project management tools and software is a plus.
