IT Helpdesk Support Specialist

Carson, United States | Posted on 05/07/2026 We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused IT Helpdesk Support Specialist to support daily technical operations and ensure a high level of service for end users. This role will assist with resolving technical issues, onboarding new users, and helping the team manage increased ticket volume during a high-demand period. Key Responsibilities Maintain established service levels and ensure timely resolution of user support issues Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 helpdesk support for hardware, software, and account-related requests Troubleshoot and resolve common technical issues in a professional and efficient manner. Assist with user onboarding, including: Account provisioning System and application access setup Hardware preparation and deployment Support day-to-day IT operations and contribute to overall team responsiveness. Document issues, resolutions, and support activities within the ticketing system. Escalate complex issues when necessary to appropriate technical teams. Qualifications Previous experience in IT helpdesk or technical support preferred. Familiarity with Tier 1 and Tier 2 support processes. Strong troubleshooting and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple requests in a fast-paced environment. Customer-service mindset with strong attention to detail. Position is contract to hire, immediate need.
