From expanding into new markets to strengthening existing partnerships, you'll have a direct, immediate impact on how far and fast we grow. What You'll Do

• Developing and executing the overall wholesale strategy, driving revenue growth while maintaining profitability
• Establishing strong relationships with key retail partners
• Ensuring the team meets or exceeds sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
• Day to day, you'll focus on developing and implementing comprehensive wholesale sales strategies aligned with company goals
• Identifying and pursuing new wholesale business opportunities and partnerships
• Building and maintaining long-term relationships with key wholesale clients and retail partners
• Analyzing sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions
• Collaborating with marketing, product development, and logistics teams to support wholesale initiatives
• Preparing sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for executive leadership
• Representing the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities

What You Need To Thrive In This Role

• Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Experience selling consumer packaged goods, with premium or specialty brands considered a plus
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills, able to develop and maintain long-term client partnerships
• Experience managing a CRM, using it to track performance, pipeline, and customer interactions
• Analytical and strategic mindset - comfortable reviewing sales data, market trends, and performance metrics to guide decisions
• Collaborative approach - able to work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations teams
• Familiarity with Shopify is a plus

• Competitive salary: $100,000 - $120,000/yr with bonus potential
