WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

This is a front desk, retail, sales, client‑facing position, at our Santa Monica studio, focusing on front desk responsibilities with additional support having fun making social media content. hours offered are 30 hours per week, with Monday and Saturdays off. We are looking for a highly motivated Front Desk & Social Media Support Coordinator who is vibrant, enthusiastic, and client‑focused. You’re a natural go‑getter who loves the beauty industry, thrives in customer service, and brings positive energy to every interaction. You’re eager to learn, grow, and help create a warm and inviting studio environment while supporting membership sales and brand presence. In addition to front desk responsibilities, this role also supports our social media presence by following our content playbook, posting, and creating simple organic content specific to the studio. Required Skills of a Front Desk Coordinator: Strong verbal communication and listening skills Enjoys customer service Ability to learn and utilize our booking software and studio procedures Experience with social media posting and creating organic content (following brand guidelines and playbooks). Ability to multi‑task and stay organized. Ability to problem‑solve with a keen attention to detail Initiates self‑learning and is comfortable with educating clients on products and services offered Can follow detailed instructions and take feedback to foster growth and potential Responsibilities: Utilizes sugaringLA’s booking software and studio operating procedures Support the studio’s social media presence by posting, capturing content, and following the sugaringLA content playbook for studio‑specific needs.
