Moments Hospice
Moments Hospice is seeking an on-call Registered Nurse to organize and direct hospice care during nights and weekends for after-hours coverage. The role involves assessing patients, coordinating with physicians and families, and delivering high-quality nursing care in home settings.
This full-time position operates on a 7 days on / 7 days off cycle, with evening and overnight shifts. A valid RN license, reliable vehicle, and EMR proficiency are required, and a company car is provided at a
