What You'll Do

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services across a busy rehabilitation unit
• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Perform patient treatments, including musculoskeletal, neuromuscular, and balance therapies
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Document patient progress using standard clinical documentation practices
• Support patient education on injury prevention and recovery
• Manage varied patient populations, from adult to pediatric cases when needed

What You Need

• Valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist in New Hampshire
• Experience in outpatient rehabilitation settings preferred
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
