Duties Represent technology companies in patent prosecution matters. Work closely with associates and partners on patent strategy and drafting. Engage in patent diligence and prosecution tasks. Provide immediate client contact and support. Requirements At least three years of patent prosecution experience. Strong academic credentials. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must pass the USPTO registration exam within one year if not already registered. Education M.S. or M.Eng. in a relevant field, or equivalent industry experience preferred. Certifications USPTO registration (or willingness to obtain within one year). Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
