The Program Manager is responsible for day-to-day oversight of operations, ensuring effective risk and quality management systems to meet operational outcomes, contractual and funder’s requirements and financial targets. Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to recruit hire/onboard, coach, train, mentor and supervise. Administrative self-sufficiency required including computer proficiency.
