Join our team at Arden's Garden! Arden's Garden is looking for part time and full time baristas at our Douglasville location! This is a role where you will serve our guests by making smoothies, sharing product knowledge, and creating remarkable customer experiences. To be successful, you should have a positive attitude, be enthusiastic and enjoy working with all types of people. The ideal candidate will be a great multitasker and have excellent customer service skills and prior experience in sales or in the food industry. Responsibilities and Duties \t Operate blenders and sell healthy juices and smoothies

• t Share nutritional knowledge with customers
• t Ensure Loss Prevention
• t Develop strong relationships with customers
• t Assist with inventory management and merchandising
• t Assist with store operations

Job Qualifications \t Dedicated and hardworking

• t Able to operate a POS system
• t Bartender, barista, and service industry experience not required but preferred
• t Good attention to details
• t Must be a multitasker, make the most of working in a fun & fast-paced environment
