Responsibilities Remain updated on insurance industry changes and protocols to fulfill all policy requirements and monitor insurance claims from start to finish Spend time listening to new and potential clients, assess their priorities and finances, and determine suitable insurance plan options that successfully meet their individual insurance needs Ensure bookkeeping systems, sales databases, and customer records are maintained to report progress toward monthly initiatives to stakeholders Maintain and grow existing portfolios by developing and implementing effective and attentive sales strategies that cultivate long-term customer loyalty Create tailored risk management strategies directly with clients that align with their risk profiles Qualifications Basic computer skills with proficiency with Microsoft Office suite is necessary Demonstrated comprehension of the insurance industry, insurance products, risk management profiles, and associated state and federal regulations Candidates must have an insurance license Proficiency with accounting or sales‑related software is helpful Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma required Compensation $45,000 - $65,000 yearly #J-18808-Ljbffr
