The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently using computers and parking systems and remaining alert throughout an overnight Youll DoConduct vehicle counts and audit parking tickets access records payments and operational physical vehicle counts with system records and resolve or report accurate end-of-shift audit and revenue vehicle activity and help maintain an orderly flow of unauthorized vehicles parking violations unusual activity and equipment parking areas entrances exits lighting signs gates cameras and safety accidents hazards suspicious activity and security concerns all safety emergency and incident-reporting procedures without placing yourself or others at guests with parking questions directions and professionally with guests hotel personnel team members management and a clean safe and organized parking parking equipment and report debris damage lighting problems or other job-related duties consistent with operational school diploma or GED auditing parking hospitality security cash-handling or customer-service experience attention to detail and basic math to maintain accurate written and electronic computer and mobile-application communication and customer-service to work independently and exercise sound to remain alert and productive throughout an overnight to work overnight hours weekends and holidays as RequirementA valid drivers license and an acceptable motor vehicle record are required only if driving is an essential function of the assigned position.
