Telecommunications Supervisor

Oversee all field operations for large and/or complex telecommunications and low-voltage projects from kickoff through customer turnover. Lead and manage Superintendents, technicians, and field teams, including staffing, scheduling, training, productivity, and performance. Ensure projects meet safety, quality, schedule, budget, and customer requirements. Manage project execution, including labor distribution, materials, equipment, inventory, and installation progress. Monitor project financial performance, including job costs, labor productivity, invoicing, change orders, and profitability. Serve as the primary on-site customer contact, attend construction meetings, and address project concerns. Conduct job walks and quality checks to ensure installations meet blueprints, specifications, and project standards. Troubleshoot technical and operational issues that could impact project delivery. Maintain accurate project documentation, including work orders, change orders, material transfers, as-builts, and closeout packages. Identify opportunities to improve field processes, efficiency, quality, and overall project performance. Promote a strong safety culture and ensure teams follow company and customer safety requirements. Drive projects through successful completion, closeout, and final customer turnover.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

5+ years of telecommunications, low-voltage, or related construction experience. 5+ years of supervisory or management experience preferred. 3+ years as a Lead Communications Technician or similar field leadership role. Experience managing large, complex projects from scope through completion and turnover. Strong knowledge of telecommunications installation, structured cabling, and troubleshooting. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction drawings. Experience managing labor, schedules, job costs, materials, quality, and safety. Strong customer-facing, leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and MS Project. Ability to travel as needed and work in an active construction environment, including large job sites, heights, and confined spaces. #J-18808-Ljbffr Insight Global
