We operate a full-service bar, dining room, private event space, and outdoor patio, with a focus on delivering a high-quality guest experience while continuously evolving our offerings to keep the concept fresh, energetic, and sales-driven. Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Full-Time Restaurant Manager to oversee front-of-house operations and help drive the continued growth of the business. This is a leadership-focused role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and understands how to increase sales, build repeat business, motivate staff, and create a strong guest experience. This position is focused on active floor leadership, team development, marketing involvement, and operational performance—not back-office management. Important This is not a back-office role. We are looking for a visible, energetic leader who is actively involved in the day-to-day guest and staff experience and committed to helping grow the business. Compensation Salary: $70,000 annually Quarterly bonus tied to sales growth and labor cost management Schedule Full-time position Nights and weekends required Key Responsibilities Lead daily front-of-house operations across dining room, bar, patio, and private events Manage, train, schedule, and develop a FOH team of approximately 15 staff members Maintain high standards of service, hospitality, and operational consistency Build guest relationships and help drive repeat business and customer loyalty Work closely with ownership to increase sales volume and overall business performance Assist in developing and executing promotions, themed nights, entertainment, and special events Contribute to restaurant marketing initiatives and social media engagement Monitor labor costs, staff performance, and operational efficiency Handle guest concerns and resolve issues professionally and effectively Ideal Candidate Someone who takes pride in hospitality, understands how to create energy within a restaurant, and is motivated to help build sales, increase guest loyalty, and strengthen team culture.
