Collections Specialist

Collections Specialist (B2B)
We are seeking a B2B Collections Specialist to manage commercial accounts receivable and ensure timely payment of outstanding balances while maintaining strong client relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of B2B accounts and follow up on past?due invoices
• Contact customers via phone and email to resolve outstanding balances
• Research and resolve billing discrepancies and payment disputes
• Negotiate payment arrangements and document collection activity
• Apply cash receipts and maintain accurate AR records
• Monitor aging reports and escalate delinquent accounts as needed
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve payment timelines

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of B2B collections or commercial AR experience
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Experience with accounting/ERP systems and Excel preferred
