We are built on safety, customers, careers, community, and the structures we shape.And we're growing...As a Supply Chain Coordinator for RedBuilt LLC, your primary focus will be on monitoring demand and inventory levels for procurement while maintaining relationships with vendors. You will work as part of a team purchasing materials for internal manufacturing needs. You will use both the Microsoft Platform and NetSuite ERP systems to monitor inventory and provide key insights to min/max just-in-time inventory needs based on demand forecasts. The Supply Chain Coordinator will be a critical role ensuring inventory levels at production facilities are kept stocked as needed without excess capital usage.This role requires attention to detail and strong communication skills to succeed in a fast-paced, and often self-directed environment. You will need strong analytical skills and a desire to problem solve when seasonal changes impact product mix and inventory needs. By monitoring stock inventory against demand needs you will be able to work directly with plant management to help advise material usage options. You'll work within a small, collaborative supply chain team where access to support is always available.Responsibilities:Review and analyze reports to order materials for just-in-time purchasing.Make independent decisions on placing orders based on vendor lead time, on ground stock, upcoming orders, and deadlines.Monitor on ground inventory and potential for unique material usages or opportunities for valid substitutions to reduce aged inventory levels.Provide insight from vendor communications regarding industry cost and availability trends.Place and Manage Purchase Orders:Create purchase orders, communicate with vendors, and maintain purchase records appropriately.Monitor open orders and follow up with vendors as required.Manage dates, communication, and receival needs for deliveries with plant associates.Proactively communicate with internal team members about supply chain issues and actively participate in solutioning efforts.Cross Functional Support:Work closely with scheduling and logistics team members to ensure demand is accurate.Proactively monitor min/max of raw materials and provide updated information with seasonal changes.Coordination with plant receiving agents, accounts payable, and others to ensure proper procedures are followed.Active participation in continuous improvement efforts for procedures and automation.Support other team members and provide coverage as needed.Requirements, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:3+ years working in supply chain, manufacturing procurement, or related field.Effective communication: Clear communication with internal and external stakeholders.Fantastic organizational and time management skills, with a proven ability to meet deadlines.Self-sufficient and willing to take ownership of tasks with a desire to learn new skills.Proficiency with computers, email, and Microsoft Excel.Bachelor's degree in supply chain or other relevant field is preferred.Experience working in ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) is a plus.Working Conditions:Prolonged periods of sitting/standing at a desk and working on a computer.Reports to: Supply Chain ManagerFLSA Classification: Non-ExemptJob Type: Full-timePay: DOEWork Location: Boise, ID | Chino, CA | Delaware, OH | Hillsboro, OR | Stayton, ORBenefits:11 Paid Holidays (includes 2 Floating Holidays of your choosing)Paid Time OffPaid Community ServiceHealth Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision)FSA/HSA OptionsDiscounted Pet Insurance401k Retirement Plan with Employer MatchingOpportunity for bonusPaid Parental LeaveFlexible Dependent Care AccountEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Company Paid Basic Life and AD&D InsuranceCompany Paid Short Term DisabilityVoluntary Long-Term DisabilityVoluntary Life and AD&D InsuranceMust take pre-employment drug test and a background check which includes criminal records to be considered for the position.RedBuilt is an equal opportunity employer.
