About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Growth and Strategy Officer to lead its ambitious expansion plans. The successful candidate will be a senior leader with a minimum of 7 years' experience in developing and executing enterprise-level growth strategies within the healthcare sector, including a strong background in mergers and acquisitions, strategic partnerships, and joint ventures. This role is pivotal in defining and leading a clear and compelling growth strategy that is sensitive to regional and local needs, and designed to achieve sustainable growth and strong organizational performance. The Chief Growth and Strategy Officer will be responsible for expanding access to quality healthcare, strengthening physician alignment, and optimizing the ambulatory care network. They will also be tasked with leading a team, establishing growth objectives, and serving as a strategic advisor to the executive leadership team. Candidates for this position at the company should possess a Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field, with a Master's degree preferred. A minimum of 5 years' leadership experience within a complex healthcare organization is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of consistent, successful financial performance and the ability to effectively execute organizational strategies. Personal characteristics of the Chief Growth and Strategy Officer should include a strong commitment to the mission and values of the organization, high ethics, and unwavering integrity. The role demands a leader who is a visible, self-motivated individual, capable of making tough decisions and leading change with a focus on the best interests of the organization. Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to build and maintain effective relationships are essential.
