Mold Processing Technician, Thermoplastics Why This Role

• Competitive pay: $32–$36 per hour
• Night shift stability: 7:00 PM–7:00 AM
• Work-life rhythm: rotating three days on, three to four days off

• Set up, start up, and run plastic injection molding machines to spec.
• Monitor part quality and make targeted parameter adjustments to sustain efficiency.
• Oversee material handling and flow to keep production moving.
• Diagnose and correct process, equipment, and quality issues with urgency.
• Conduct routine maintenance checks on presses, molds, and auxiliary systems.
• Execute established quality procedures and follow all safety rules without compromise.

• Direct, hands-on injection molding experience.
• Demonstrated mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Proven background in tool, die, and mold setups.
• Familiarity with Toshiba or Haitian machines is a plus.
