Associate Manager, FP&A

About the Company Our client belongs to the food industry. They are looking for an Associate Manager, FP&A who will be responsible for supporting strategic ad‑hoc projects and delivering analysis that informs key business decisions. The role is heavily focused on business partnering, storytelling, and translating financial insights for non‑financial stakeholders including Marketing, Franchisees, and Commercial teams. This position has high visibility with senior management and plays a critical role in FP&A reporting, business cases, and strategic initiatives. About the Opportunity Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, primarily Marketing, to determine the overall direction of the innovation pipeline, promotional calendar, and other ad‑hoc projects that drive top‑line results. Partner with the Performance Marketing team on the coupon strategy and provide menu recommendations that drive customers into stores. Manage the e‑commerce aspect of the business and support the digital team to grow e‑commerce sales. Support cross‑functional teams and franchisees by performing sales and profitability analysis. Derive insights from various sources of data (sales, delivery, CRM, loyalty) to determine correlations and provide actionable recommendations to the business. Exhibit a growth mindset and identify business risks and opportunities for senior management. Thrive in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure. Other duties as assigned. About You MBA or CPA designation is considered a strong asset. Advanced skills in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint). Post‑secondary education in Business, Finance, or Accounting, with a minimum of 3 years of proven financial planning experience or equivalent.
