Responsibilities As a staff nurse you are instrumental in managing operations of your assigned unit. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Rehabilitation Center of Lisbon by supervising the activities of all clinical staff on your unit, providing guidance and education to clinical staff, instilling a positive and inclusive facility culture, maintaining established infection prevention practices, and ensuring adequate staffing for our residents’ needs. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they receive an unparalleled standard of care. Qualifications As a minimum, an unencumbered State of Iowa (or compact state) Registered Nurse (R.N.) license; experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting is preferable.
