Problem Management Analyst (ITIL | ServiceNow Reporting | Power BI | Tableau)

Job Description Expert BA and data analyst with in depth knowledge in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Force.com packages (at least 4+ years of experience on project). Perform the BA and configuration tasks in Salesforce Sales Cloud. Troubleshoot data issues in Salesforce, Tableau and Marketo. Configure Tableau dashboards (basic competency required). Configure Marketo Cloud. Lead functional testing area strategically. Have worked in JIRA, Confluence and ServiceNow as part of previous projects.
