Position Summary

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is responsible for the design, implementation, supervision, and evaluation of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs for clients diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and related developmental disabilities. The BCBA ensures clinical excellence, ethical practice, and compliance with IEHP authorization requirements and BACB standards. This role includes direct supervision of Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), as well as active collaboration with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Clinical Services

• Conduct comprehensive Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop clinically sound Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Administer standardized assessments including VB-MAPP, AFLS, and other evidence-based tools as clinically indicated
• Develop individualized, goal-driven treatment plans aligned with client needs and IEHP authorization parameters
• Provide direct ABA therapy services as clinically necessary
• Monitor client progress through ongoing data analysis and adjust programming as warranted
• Conduct caregiver/parent training and ensure active family participation in treatment
• Collaborate with school teams, SLPs, OTs, and other service providers to ensure coordinated care
• Train, coach, and evaluate BT/RBT performance on clinical skills, data collection, and professional conduct
• Complete and submit, treatment plans, and progress reports on schedule
• Maintain accurate and timely session notes, supervision records, and clinical documentation in CentralReach
• Participate in internal audits, utilization reviews, and quality assurance activities
• Maintain current BCBA certification licensure in good standing
• Attend and actively participate in clinical team meetings, case reviews, and staff trainings

Minimum Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience providing ABA services to individuals with ASD
• Proficiency in data collection, graphing, and clinical decision-making
• Must pass DOJ/FBI background check and TB test prior to start
• Proficiency in data collection, graphing, and clinical decision-making
