Residential Sales and Account Manager

We are seeking a proven Residential Sales and Account Manager to aggressively grow new homebuilder sales in our Austin, TX division. This is a career opportunity to work in a team environment where personal performance is recognized and rewarded. The Sales Representative is responsible for creating new opportunities, maintaining existing business relationships and obtaining new business sales to achieve sales goals. Top Sales Reps have the potential to earn $150,000 to $250,000 annually. Competitive Income Structure- Salary $35,000-$50,000 with UNCAPPED Commission. Major medical, dental and vision are available after 90 Days. 10 personal days plus Paid Company Holidays per year. Cell Phone and Vehicle Allowance with paid fuel.

DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE/CHARACTERISTICS:

Extensive face-to-face (B2B) selling experience at the mid to senior levels; Hard working with good communication skills. Results driven. Experience managing multiple projects and tasks. PROVEN track record of sales goal attainment in a long selling cycle. Experience in business development and account management.
