Stone & Countertop Installer

$20–$23/HR | Based on Experience

We’re looking for an experienced Stone & Countertop Installer to join our team. This role is responsible for installing stone and solid-surface countertops and sinks in residential and commercial locations. Quality, accuracy, attention to detail, and customer service are critical to success.

What You’ll Do

• Drive to customer locations to install stone/solid-surface countertops and sinks
• Safely use power tools to cut, polish, install, and repair countertops
• Complete job paperwork and ensure installations meet quality standards
• Ensure completed work is clean, properly caulked and sealed, and the job site is left clean
• Communicate professionally with customers and assist in the shop when needed

What You Bring

• 5+ years of stone installation experience
• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record
• Experience with carpentry, construction, or installation preferred
• Ability to read a tape measure and safely use hand and power tools
• Ability to read and interpret architectural/shop drawings
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 75 lbs. repeatedly
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
• Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team

Driver Requirements

Because this position requires driving company vehicles, candidates must have an insurable driving record.

We review the previous 3 years of driving history:

• No more than 3 driving violations in the past 3 years
• No major violations, including DUI, racing, hit-and-run, speeding 25+ MPH over the limit, failure to maintain registration/insurance, or other serious violations
• At-fault accidents may impact eligibility; individual circumstances will be reviewed
