Shift: 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• Experience with Cerner is required.

Requirements:

• This role will require floating to multiple locations

• Local & travel allowed.

• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Aya Program - Memorial Health System - IL and no current placement allowed at Program: Aya Program - Memorial Health System - IL.

• 12 months gap required between for Per Diem at Program: Aya Program - Memorial Health System - IL and no current placement allowed at Program: Aya Program - Memorial Health System - IL.

Additional Details:

References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.

You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

Required Skills/Experience: - Diagnostic Cardiac Cath lab and Interventional Cardiac Cath lab experience required. - Cardiac Implant Closure Device, Cardiac Stent Placement, Diagnostic Catheterizations Adult, IABP Placement/Removal, Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Left heart catheterization, Percutaneous Coronary Interventions (PCI), Percutaneous Transluminal Coronary Angioplasty (PTCA), Right heart catheterization, Rotablader athrectomy, and Scrub Procedures. - Equipment setup and recognition of life-threatening arrhythmias.

Special Requests: - Assignment length may vary: 13-26 weeks. - Ideally no more than 5 days of requested time off. - Allied clinicians that do not require a state license in hand must arrive 3 days prior to start for fingerprints.

Unit Details: - No IR. - Adult and geriatric patient population.

Shift & Scheduling: - 4x12s or 3x12 days (0630-1900). - Will work 2-3 weekends per contract. - Call required as needed, rotating with staff and agency. Call frequency details to be discussed with manager, flexible per census. They have a dedicated call team.

5 days maximum time off. Facility holidays: 11/26/2026, 12/25/2026, 01/01/2027. Number of holidays allowed off: 2
