Security Clearance Type: None/Not Required Security Clearance Status: Not Required Join Collins Aerospace as a Value Stream Leader - Program Manager supporting the International Customers Value Stream within the Propulsion business in Fairfield, California. In this role, you will lead a portfolio of small to mid-sized commercial and military programs, serving as the primary interface between the organization and its customers. Responsible for the full program lifecycle, you will help drive successful outcomes from pursuit and contract award through development, production, delivery, sustainment, and long-term business planning. This position plays a critical role in balancing customer satisfaction, operational execution, and business performance while contributing to the continued growth of the organization. As an individual contributor, you will oversee program execution across cost, schedule, quality, and delivery objectives while coordinating closely with engineering, operations, finance, and customer stakeholders. You will manage program plans and budgets, identify and mitigate risks, support contract negotiations and proposal activities, and provide regular updates on program performance and strategy. This role offers the opportunity to influence business results, lead continuous improvement initiatives, and support both domestic and international customers within a technically advanced aerospace manufacturing environment. This is a hybrid role based out of our Fairfield, California location. The salary range for this role is 118,300 USD - 224,900 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
