Heavy Equipment Field MechanicWe're looking for an experienced Heavy Equipment Field Mechanic to join our maintenance team. If you enjoy diagnosing and repairing heavy equipment in the field and want a long-term opportunity with room to grow, we'd like to hear from you.What You'll Do:Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair heavy equipment in the field.Repair diesel engines, hydraulic systems, electrical systems, and mechanical components.Perform preventative maintenance and inspections.Complete work orders and document repairs.Operate a company service truck on our 310-acre facility.What We're Looking For:Experience repairing heavy equipment in a shop or field environment.Strong troubleshooting skills with hydraulic, electrical, diesel, and mechanical systems.Experience with CAT and/or Komatsu equipment preferred.Welding and fabrication experience is a plus.Ability to provide your own basic hand tools.Schedule:Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-4:00 PMOccasional Saturdays (typically until noon, only a few per year)What We Offer:$40-$50+/hour, depending on experienceMedical, dental, and vision benefitsPaid holidays and vacation401(k) with profit sharingFriday lunchesStable, long-term career with a growing companyIf you're looking for a company that values experienced mechanics and offers long-term career growth, we'd love to hear from you.
