Description:
Position Overview - Overnight Receptionist in a Long-Term Care Facility serves as the first point of contact for residents, families, visitors, staff, and healthcare providers. This role supports daily administrative operations while creating a welcoming, professional, and compassionate environment.
Overnight Hours:
Monday-Friday
11:00pm - 7:00am
Key Responsibilities-
- Greet and assist residents, visitors, vendors, and staff
- Answer and route incoming phone calls
- Manage front desk operations and visitor sign-in procedures
- Provide information about facility services, visiting hours, and resident locations
Receptionist Preferred Qualifications -
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous receptionist, customer service, or healthcare office experience is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer and telephone system knowledge
