Production Manager

As a family-owned business, the owner is focused on growing the company while maintaining a collaborative and team-oriented culture.Position SummaryThis is a hands-on Production Manager position responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing operations and leading a team of approximately 20–30 production employees. Reporting to Casey Casasola, Operations & Human Resources, you will play a key role in driving production efficiency, maintaining quality standards, improving workflows, and supporting the continued growth of the business.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and lead the daily activities of approximately 20–30 production employees.Ensure production schedules, quality standards, and delivery commitments are met.Utilize Microsoft Excel to track production metrics and generate operational reports.Maintain detailed production documentation, meeting notes, and follow-up action items.Partner with experienced employees to document production techniques and standard operating procedures.Develop and improve quality control procedures to ensure product compliance.Resolve shipping, labeling, and product identification issues.Evaluate employee strengths and optimize work assignments.Identify employee training needs and support skill development.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency, productivity, and workflow.
