Responsibilities: As a Project Manager, you will be immersed in a variety of responsibilities that are crucial to our business. Leading and managing construction projects from inception to completion. Overseeing the preparation of project budgets and schedules, and ensuring projects are completed within these constraints. Conducting site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Resolving any project-related issues or disputes in a timely and effective manner. Providing regular project updates to senior management and stakeholders. Ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and standards. Qualifications: The ideal candidate for the Project Manager role will bring a robust set of qualifications, including: 1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry, with a strong focus on Civil Construction, land development, paving, and grading. Proven experience in project management and construction management. Proficiency in using HCSS Heavy Job software. A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams towards achieving project goals. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with various project stakeholders. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality and safety. A valid driver's license and the ability to travel to various project sites as needed.
