Pediatric Office Sales Specialist - Southern MA/Providence, RI

Abbott seeks a Pediatric Sales Specialist to drive sales and growth of pediatric nutritional products in hospital and office settings across Southern Massachusetts and Rhode Island. The role involves territory management, hospital negotiations, and clinical stakeholder engagement.
Responsibilities
- Develop and support territory sales goals for Similac and PediaSure in hospital and office settings
- Negotiate hospital contracts and manage vendor relationships with NICU, pediatrics, and pharmacy departments
- Deliver clinical product knowledge to physicians, nurses, and dietitians in selling environments
- Execute new product launches and manage budget allocation
- Operate independently with high initiative to achieve short- and long-term sales objectives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years healthcare sales experience combined with clinical background
- Registered Dietitian or Registered Nurse credential preferred
- Proven sales stability and success record
- Knowledge of hospital settings and pediatric environments
- Vendor credentialing requirements satisfaction, including COVID-19 vaccination verification
Compensation: $61,300–$122,700 base
