Acute Care Clinical Pharmacist: Patient Therapy Leader

JobRx, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Pharmacist in Los Angeles, California. The Pharmacist will ensure the accurate and safe delivery of drug therapy to hospitalized patients while monitoring targeted drugs. A key requirement is a current California Pharmacy license and a minimum of 1-year experience. This position demands strong communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
