Ambulatory Internal Medicine Residency Program Faculty

Internal Medicine Physician – Primary Care Clinic Adventist Health White Memorial, a 353‑bed nonprofit teaching hospital, is seeking an Internal Medicine physician to provide care in our Downtown Los Angeles primary care clinic. Key Responsibilities and Opportunities Provide primary care services within a Hospital‑Based Outpatient Clinic. Supervise Advanced Practice Providers (preferred). Opportunity to participate in the Public Student Loan Forgiveness Program. Roles include call coverage, administrative services, performance bonus, and other possible services as outlined in compensation details. Earn a salaried position with a salary range of $250,000 to $355,000 per year. Candidate Requirements Board eligible or board certified in Internal Medicine. Current California medical license or eligibility to obtain one. Meet hospital staff credentialing standards. New graduates and experienced physicians are considered. Language preference: Armenian, Spanish, Korean, or Mandarin (preferred but not required). Employment through Adventist Health Medical Group (AHMG). Job Requirements All associates must receive required vaccinations, including measles, mumps, flu (typical October–March), COVID‑19 (required in CA, HI, OR), and renew annually; medical and religious exemptions may apply. Benefits and Compensation Salary range: $250,000–$355,000 per year. Total compensation may include additional services: call coverage, administrative services, performance bonus, and productivity incentives after an initial guarantee period.
