Are you a compassionate and focused Registered Nurse looking for a rewarding night shift RN job in an inpatient setting? We're hiring a Full-Time RN to join our Medical-Surgical Unit, providing high-quality care to patients with a variety of medical and surgical conditions.

This role is ideal for nurses who enjoy a consistent overnight schedule, appreciate the rhythm of quieter hours, and value strong teamwork and support from leadership.

Qualifications:

• Current RN license in Iowa (or a compact state license)
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• BLS required; ACLS and PALS required within one year of hire
• Experience in hospital, med-surg, or acute care settings preferred
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and documentation skills
• Comfortable managing care for a diverse patient population across the lifespan

What You'll Be Doing:

• Deliver nursing care to medical, surgical, and telemetry patients during night shifts
• Monitor patient status, perform assessments, and administer medications and treatments
• Collaborate with providers, nursing assistants, and care teams for coordinated care
• Chart accurately and maintain thorough, timely documentation
• Respond to patient needs and emergencies with professionalism and urgency
• Promote safety, dignity, and comfort for patients throughout their stay
