Boston, MAHybridFull Time$225k - $250kJob Description A growing CRM startup company based in Boston is hiring a Senior Backend Software Engineer to help build scalable cloud-based systems that bring data together in one central CRM platform. You’ll work with backend technologies and AI to build reliable systems that automate how data is processed, organized, and used. In this role, you’ll make key technical decisions, help shape backend architecture, and work closely with product and engineering teams as the platform grows. You’ll also play an important role in expanding how AI is integrated into the product and improving the way customers interact with their data.
