Progressive Care Unit Director - Nursing Leadership & Ops

Inova Fair Oaks Hospital is seeking an experienced and dynamic Clinical Director to lead our 36-bed Progressive Care Unit (PCU). This front-line nursing leader will have direct responsibility for the clinical and operational performance of the unit, providing visible leadership and support to nurses and the interdisciplinary care team. The Nursing Director oversees the assigned units to ensure they are performing effectively, which may include but not limited to, preparing and implementing #J-18808-Ljbffr Inova Health System
