Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing staff to ensure high‑quality, compassionate, and efficient patient care. Serve as a role model and mentor, promoting teamwork, professional growth, and a culture of accountability. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve quality, safety, and service excellence goals. Support staff scheduling, workflow coordination, and resource management. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and compliance with all applicable standards and regulations. Provide direct patient care as needed and assist in managing complex clinical situations. BLS certification required. Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience, including prior supervisory or leadership experience. Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced clinical setting. BSN or MSN degree. Experience in Urology, Surgical Services, or Perioperative settings.
