Senior NetSuite Administrator

Hybrid 3 days per week preferred in Berkeley, CA

Our client seeks a Senior NetSuite Administrator with full-cycle implementation experience to support a critical go-live. The role requires advanced NetSuite configuration across financials, issue triage for integrations and data, and hands-on UAT and cutover support. You will collaborate with consultants and stakeholders to stabilize the platform and optimize processes post go-live. You will operate independently and communicate with technical and non-technical audiences.

Rate: $70.00 to $80.00/hr. w2

• Serve as a hands-on implementation contributor alongside third-party consultants and internal IT to advance the go-live roadmap.
• Troubleshoot configuration issues, data gaps, and integration failures across AP automation, multi-entity and multi-book setup, and journal entry integrations.
• Participate in UAT, validate configurations against requirements, and drive issues to resolution.
• Support data migration including mapping, validation, cleansing, and cutover planning.
• Identify risks, flag scope concerns, and communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Own day-to-day NetSuite administration including roles, permissions, saved searches, SuiteFlow workflows, custom forms, fields, and records.
• Configure and maintain AP and AR workflows, approval routing, and vendor management processes.
• Support multi-subsidiary and multi-book accounting architecture including intercompany eliminations and consolidation.
• Manage the relationship with third-party support vendors, coordinating and reviewing deliverables.
• Provide user support, triage issues, and maintain system stability through and after go-live.
• Document configurations, workflows, and procedures for knowledge transfer.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce manual workarounds, and optimize system performance.

• At least one full NetSuite implementation from configuration through go-live.
• 7+ years of NetSuite administration with depth across Financials, workflows, and reporting.
• Strong configuration and problem-solving skills with end-to-end ownership.
• Data migration experience including mapping, validation, transformation, and cutover planning.
• Effective collaboration with third-party consultants and vendors with accountability to quality and timelines.
• Clear communication translating technical issues for finance and operations stakeholders.
• Ability to operate in a fast-moving project environment and self-direct.
• Nice to have: SuiteScript reading and troubleshooting, multi-entity experience, familiarity with AP automation and SFTP integrations, service-industry background, and experience alongside Oracle or other ERP platforms.
