Alexis Soulopoulos [CEO] • 10+ years in Tech Executive Leadership • Co-Founder Mad Paws Holdings (from 0 to IPO) • Forbes 30 under 30 + Deloitte TechFast50 ’22 & ‘23 Michael Monin [Co-founder & CTO] • 10+ years as CTO / COO (web2/web3), 3 years in AI/LLM • Serial-entrepreneur: MTK Digital (exited / 0->$20m revenue) and Zipchat (AI Chatbot for E-commerce brands) Thomas Lacroix [Co-founder & CMO] • 8+ years in Customer Acquisition & E-commerce Growth • Serial-entrepreneur: Curatible (sold to Blackstone) and MTK Digital (exited / 0->$20m revenue) Maruša Fasano [CFO/Legal] • 25+ years in Finance, Strategy, M&A • Ex-CFO/M&A @Curatible (exited to Blackstone) • Ex-President of the Board @SotremoSA (exited) • Co-founder/CFO @SoftOne (exited) YOUR ROLE Reporting directly to our Head of Partnerships/Affiliation, Hugo, this is what you'll be doing: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Manage, maintain and grow relationships with affiliates, ensuring they are consistently informed and supported - Oversee the onboarding process for new affiliates, ensuring smooth integration into the affiliate program - Monitor affiliate performance, generating reports on traffic, conversions, and ROI - Analyze affiliate results to identify areas of improvement, optimize campaigns for better performance, and find any opportunities to scale - Research and recruit new affiliates and business partners to expand the affiliate network - Troubleshoot affiliate-related issues and provide solutions in a timely manner - Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored affiliate funnels, ensuring maximum conversion rates - Regularly review and improve processes to enhance affiliate communication and management YOUR QUALIFICATIONS HARD SKILLS - 5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing and management - Proficiency in affiliate marketing platforms and network - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions - Advanced knowledge of digital marketing tactics and strategies on diverse channels (SEO, media buying, paid socials, etc. ) - Advanced competence with tools like Everflow, Looker Studio, SEMrush, and other reporting systems - Excellent Excel/Google Sheets skills for data analysis and reporting - Ability to optimize processes for performance efficiency and ROI SOFT SKILLS Strong communication & collaborative skills (perfectly fluent in English) Goal-oriented, ownership and commitment ⚡️ Doer mindset - we are moving fast and need people who can balance execution, planning, and strategy Humble - willing to learn, open to feedback Adaptable - comfortable reprioritizing overnight when the landscape shifts #NSFW - Comfortable advertising products based on uncensored models and content BONUS POINTS - Experience with complex affiliate tracking systems like postback S2S setup, ad servers and so on - Faced strong challenges (Affiliate disputes, tracking issues, fraud, volume drops, etc.
