Customer Migrations Representative (Temporary through December 2027)

This is a full-time, benefits-eligible position through December 2027, supporting a defined phase of this migration effort. Full benefits, retirement plan participation, and PTO apply for the duration of the role. 

Summary

The Customer Migrations Representative helps guide Anova's customers through the transition from their older, legacy systems to our current go-forward technology platform. In this role, you'll act as the customer's main point of contact throughout their migration — coordinating the technical transition of their data and staying engaged with them afterward to make sure they understand the new platform, feel comfortable using it, and have the knowledge they need to succeed with it.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers migrating to the Unify Platform
• Assess each customer's environment and build a migration plan
• Guide customers through the migration process from kickoff to completion
• Execute integrations between legacy systems and the Unify Platform
• Validate data accuracy post-integration
• Deliver platform and app training to new customers
• Provide hands-on support throughout the customer's transition
• Partner with Customer Success on a smooth handoff at project completion

What You'll Need to Succeed:

Minimum Requirements -

• Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in a commercial or customer service role (B2B experience preferred)
• Demonstrated experience working with business software systems, including migrating or entering data between platforms (CRM, ERP, or database systems preferred)
• Track record of learning new software platforms quickly and successfully troubleshooting data or system issues in a previous role
• Excellent communication skills with a "can-do" attitude
• Excellent English skills, written and spoken, with the ability to clearly articulate technical requirements and solutions

• Strong computer skills, including comfort working across multiple software systems simultaneously
• Ability to identify and resolve basic data discrepancies or inconsistencies during migration
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work hands-on with a team
• Proactive and resilient
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and time-management skills
• Ability to communicate effectively across different areas of the business and with people of varying backgrounds and levels
• Comfortable handling confidential matters with discretion
• Strong organizational skills; able to prioritize and manage work independently

Schedule & Location

• Hybrid work setup after initial training period
• Work Location in Blair, Nebraska
