Maintenance Technician - 50% Profit Bonuses - 1st Shift - Family EnvironmentJoin our team as a Maintenance Technician where you will engage in multi-craft maintenance tasks, including PLC operations, welding, mechanical, and electrical work. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing flat-rolled steel processing equipment such as slitters and multi-blank lines.ResponsibilitiesConduct multi-craft maintenance, including PLC operations, welding, mechanical, and electrical tasks.Troubleshoot and repair flat-rolled steel processing equipment, including slitters and multi-blank lines.Perform maintenance and preventative inspection on lift trucks.Maintain and repair mechanical systems such as gear boxes, chains, sprockets, motors, seals, and bearings.Troubleshoot hydraulic systems, including high-pressure cylinders, pumps, and valves.Manage pneumatic systems, including solenoids, cylinders, and motor brakes.Conduct pneumatic/air compression maintenance, focusing on valves and cylinders.Troubleshoot and replace seals and motors in pumps, understanding specifications.Handle basic electrical system repairs, including starters, fuses, contacts, and relays.Engage in fabrication and welding tasks.Job Type & LocationThis is a permanent position based out of Butler, IN.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $72800.00/yr.-vacation after 6 months -insurance benefits 1st of the month after 60 days -401k after 6 months with company match -weekly attendance bonus of an extra $1/hr -paid company uniforms -twice a year discretionary performance bonusWorkplace TypeThis is a fully onsite position in Butler, IN.Application DeadlineThis position is anticipated to close on Aug 25, 2026.
