Litigation Associate

Overview A law firm seeks a Litigation Associate to join its growing team in Plano, Texas. The office is expanding into a full-service location, offering a dynamic environment with opportunities to work on diverse legal matters. Duties Represent clients in various litigation matters, including personal injury and product liability. Manage case files and lead litigation strategies. Collaborate with partners and other associates on complex legal issues. Conduct legal research and draft legal documents. Requirements Minimum of three years of litigation experience in a mid-size to large law firm or equivalent trial experience. Experience in personal injury, products liability, or insurance defense is advantageous. Strong oral and written advocacy skills. Admitted in Good Standing to the State Bar of Texas. Education Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Certifications Licensed to practice law in Texas. Skills Exceptional case management abilities. Strong academic credentials.
