Residential Support Staff

Location South Jordan, UT Department Program Job Type Full-Time The Phoenix Recovery Center is looking to hire Full Time residential support staff members to join our team at our our Residential inpatient treatment facility. Support staff are to help maintain a safe and healing environment for Individuals who come to us with their treatment needs. To help maintain clear boundaries and support when needed for the resident to perform at a maximum level. Competency & Qualifications No prior experience in the industry necessary Communication skills- ability to understand that the important aspect of communication is listening and actively works to improve those skills. Orally be able to speak with confidence using clear, and concise sentences and is easily understood. Have a valid Driver's License for transporting clients Have the ability to distribute medication according to policy Have the ability to show up on time for work and all meetings and activities that are associated with work Must be able to pass a background screening with the Department of Human Services. Responsibilities & Duties Oversee and manage the day to day functionality of the program Provide proper medication management Support resident visitations Address behavior management situation with residents Perform designated audits Ensure facility safety and cleanliness If needed transport clients to appointments/meetings Benefits Full Time staff receive Medical, Dental and Vision benefits- 75% employer contributions for employees and dependents 401K Contribution Gym & Pickle-ball court on site for staff use PTO & Sick Pay Shifts Available Weekday Swing shifts- 1:00pm- 11:00pm Some available weekend shifts 7:00am- 5:00pm Must be flexible #J-18808-Ljbffr
