Sr. Counsel - Legal Business Partner, HIV Prevention

Responsibilities

Provide legal guidance on US commercial strategies for HIV Prevention portfolio development and commercialization
Support promotional, educational, and healthcare provider engagement activities with regulatory compliance
Deliver legal training to field, home office personnel, and external consultants with public speaking
Collaborate with Compliance, Privacy, Regulatory, and IP teams to ensure compliant product commercialization
Manage multiple legal issues and projects simultaneously across geographies while advising internal clients

Requirements

Juris Doctorate from nationally recognized law school
6+ years legal counsel experience on drug or device regulations
California State Bar membership or ability to obtain within 90 days
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Detail-oriented, organized, and resourceful mindset
Willingness to travel periodically within US

Compensation: $226,185–$292,710 base salary
